| 27/04/16 | Old Kew Junction | During a cab ride, a Track Engineer witnessed two contractors spraying weed killer in the up and down cess with no apparent protection staff (e.g. lookout).
The Mobile Operations Manager attended and examined the area and found no one in the area. Off track were consulted to investigate which team were in the area. |
