| 22/06/2016 | Wimbledon Area signalling Centre | A Wimbledon signaller heated up a cup of milk in a microwave for 2 minutes and went to remove it with herbare hand.
She sustained a burn and blister to her right index finger. |
| 24/06/2016 | Shawford Junction | 1T29 (1109 Waterloo – Portsmouth Harbour) reported a near miss with a track worker. CCTV from Shawford station and the train has been requested. This is under investigation. |
| 25/06/2016 | Wokingham Signal Box | Whilst the MOM was un-securing 17 facing point lock on Wokingham Junction, the S&T moved the lever within the Signal Box without the Signallers authority. The mechanical points moved and caught the MOMs glove nearly crushing the hand. |
