Near Miss 2V27 reported a near miss by 1780 points with 2 members of staff standing in the 4 foot. The driver stated that when blowing the horn they had to jump out of the way to get clear.This incident is subject to further investigation |

Staff Accident A Colas Site Supervisor working on behalf of IP was assisting in moving a piece of pipe using a crane when some liquid ran out of the end and fell onto his clothing which caused a burning sensation after 30 seconds. He removed his clothing and noticed a red patch on his skin and applied water.First aid was given on site, but he did not seek further medical attention. |
