Staff Accident
A member of S&T tripped on a piece of rail in the four foot while leaving a line blockage and injured his knee. First aid was given on site.
Golden Hour applied.
No lost time.

Fleet
Staff Accident
A Contractor was walking to a site of work at Fleet Substation which took them over a floor of a removed building.
The floor was covered in algae causing the individual to slip, hurt his right knee and jar his back.
First aid was not required and the individual did not anticipate any time off work as a result.
Golden Hour applied.
15/12/2016
Wimbledon
Staff Accident
A Signaller tripped over a root in the compound car park of the signalling centre grazing her right hand and chin.
First aid administered.
Golden Hour applied.
No lost time.
The root was Close Called and removed.
