Poole
Possessing Irregularity Item 34
Eastleigh ECR reported that a possible irregularity had occurred within won 3 item 34 part 7.
The ODM attended site and identified that the straps had been placed at 113m 65ch vice 113m 62ch due to a check rail.
The ECR had not made aware of the changes and it was likely that the B2 isolation documents had been incorrect for the past 3 nights.
This incident is subject to further investigation.

Waterloo
Staff Accident
An E& P Engineer slipped whilst walking from Waterloo Station to an office in Paris Gardens and tripped on poor underfoot conditions as a result of ongoing building works.
The injured party twisted their right ankle.
First aid was administered by means of a bandage and an Ibuprofen tablet was taken for the pain.
The Golden Hour was applied and this became a lost time injury.

Richmond
Staff Accident
Whilst walking to location case from the up platform, a member of S&T struck their head on a concrete section of a footbridge.
He was struck under the visor of his hard hat and experienced a headache and felt sick.
The Golden Hour was applied and there was no lost time.
