Portsmouth and Southsea
Operational irregularity
A Workforce Health, Safety & Environment Advisor advised that he had seen a member of PWay on the down line re-erecting ESR warning boards without wearing the correct or full PPE.
This incident is subject to further investigation.
23/07/2017
Elm Road Level Crossing
Flashing light in the 4 foot
South West Trains Service 2H14, reported a flashing red light that looked to be of the same design as the ones that are placed on skips within the four foot.
The lamp was removed by 6N02 (an engineering train) and placed into the cess.
Upon further investigation, it was established that the lamp had been used within a T3 possession to protect the Level Crossing and had not been removed prior to the block being given up.
This incident is subject to further investigation.
