Staff accident A member of PWay staff hit his head whilst climbing into the work van. He sustained a little bump on the head and some pain in the neck. The Golden Hour was applied and there was no lost time. |

Staff Accident (Taken ill) A Mobile Operations Manager attending to a fatality suffered chest pains and was given immediate first aid by a BTP officer. The Ambulance service once on scene carried out CPR and he was taken to hospital for treatment. Later in the afternoon he was reported as being sat up in bed and talking. The Golden Hour was applied and although the MOM will be off work recovering, this will not be classed as a Lost Time Injury. |

Possession Irregularity – Item 49A The Eastleigh Shunter arranged to accept engineering train 6G16 into Eastleigh East Yard, but discovered that the detonator protection and Possession Limit Board for item 49A (Shawford – Eastleigh East Yard 00:40-16:00) had been placed the wrong side of 440 points. The PICOP was advised and arrangements were made to correct the error. This incident is subject to further investigaton. |
