Staff Accident A member of Wimbledon S&T sustained a tick bite whilst working within the train depot. He visited his doctor the following day and blood was taken for tests for Lyme disease. The Golden Hour was applied and this became a non-lost time injury. |

CAT A SPAD W2 (2M50) 2M50 had a CAT A SPAD on W2 Signal and stopped with the cab just under the gantry. There were no allegations against the signalling after the Driver reported that he heard a noise out of his open window and looked across to see what it was. This incident is subject to further investigation. |

W1600B Points run through A member of the Clapham PWay reported that 1600 B points had been run through and damage had been sustained to 3 stretcher bars which would require replacement. Upon investigation, it was discovered that engineering train 6C03 had ran through them after the Engineering Supervisor and Driver thought they were set correctly by viewing them from the cab. This incident is subject to further investigation |
