Incidents last week

13/09/2017 Guildford Staff Accident
A member of PWay was driving a work van on the down gradient at Old Farm Junction when a blue Nissan Note pulled out from the left into the path of his vehicle.
He was unable to stop and the driver’s side of the van collided with rear of car.
During the collision, the driver hit his right knee on the dashboard which caused considerable pain.
Once details were exchanged, the van was driven back to the depot.
The Golden Hour was applied and there was no lost time injury.
14/09/2017 Raynes Park Staff Accident
A Works Delivery member of staff injured their left ankle when stepping from the platform ramp onto the ballast.
First Aid was given on site and there was no obvious sign of injury.
The Golden Hour was applied and there was no lost time.
17/09/2017 Mortlake Staff Accident
A Weld Inspector trapped his left thumb in a van door.
The injury became sore, and he was advised to seek medical assistance at A&E if it became any worse.
The Golden Hour was applied and no lost time was anticipated.
