Axminster
Staff Accident
A Team Leader from Off track fell down a hole and injured their right leg and lower back.
The Golden Hour was applied and there was no lost time.
29/11/2017
Waterloo
Equipment left on track
Platform staff reported that some items from the engineering work had been left on track within platform 7 after it had been given up.
A member of the P/Way removed what was reported to be a radio detection device.
The worksite belonged to the Wessex Capacity Alliance (IP) who shall be conducting an investigation.

Wishford / Wilton North
Possession irregularity item 129
Train 1F07 reported to have ran over detonators and struck a marker / stop board on the Down Warminster line.
A possession had recently been given up, but the recovery of the blocking equipment had been overlooked.
The Signaller cautioned train 1F12 in the opposite direction and the Driver recovered the equipment left out on their line and returned it to Salisbury Signal Box.
The Possession Support Staff and ES were employed by Babcocks working on the behalf of IP.
IP will be conducting an investigation.
