Staff Accident Whilst walking to site, a Strapman working within T3 possession item 7 dropped a short circuiting strap onto a live conductor rail causing a tripping and flashover. The flashover caused arc eye and he attended hospital where he was administered eye drops. The Golden Hour was applied and this became a lost time injury. |

Generator Fire Stray sparks caused by grinding within T3 possession item 98 caused a generator to catch fire. As the fire subsided, extinguishers were then used to put it out. There were no injuries. This incident is subject to further investigation. |

Staff Accident A PWay Trackman carrying out back filling on a sleeper change within a T3 possession lost his footing stepping over a conductor rail and twisted his right ankle. He was taken back to the Clapham Yard Maintenance depot and attended the Hospital as a precaution. The Golden Hour was applied. Non lost time injury. |

Staff Accident (RTA) A Technician from Clapham PWAY was reversing a Network Rail vehicle within the depot and had a low speed (2-3 mph) collision with another car. There were no injuries, although the Golden Hour was applied for chain of care. |

Staff Accident A Lineside Asset Engineer fell on muddy ground and injured their right ankle. They were to hospital by ambulance and an x-ray found that they had sustained a multiple fracture, ligament damage and a dislocation. The Golden Hour was applied and this became a lost time Injury. |
