St Denys
Staff Accident
A member of PWay from the Outer DU received a bite/sting on the hand whilst walking in the cess as a Lookout.  It then started to burn and swell. The Golden Hour was applied the injured party was encouraged to seek medical attention.

Wimbledon
Staff Accident
Whilst unloading tools from the platform onto the track a member of Wimbledon PWay did not let go, lost their footing and fell into the 4 foot, striking his head on scrap rail. The Injured Party suffered a deep cut on their head approximately 1 ½ inches long.
First aid was administered on site and the Golden Hour applied.
The cut was glued at St Georges Hospital, but due to the swelling sustained further scans were required the following day resulting in this becoming a lost time injury.

Berrylands
Staff Accident
A member of Woking PWay injured their left arm whilst pulling off track keys which had fixed themselves to an AWS magnet in the back of the van. The injury began to swell and the Golden Hour was applied. This was not a lost time injury.

Winchfield
Staff Accident
Whilst standing in the up CESS in a position of safety a train went past on the up slow and something heavy came off the train striking a member of Basingstoke S&T on the ankle. The train involved had previously struck a deer, but the train part that came off the unit could not be found.
Upon returning to the depot the Injured Party placed their foot in cold water before attending hospital where they found no breaks or fractures.
The Golden Hour was applied and this became a lost time injury.

Waterloo
Possession Irregularity
A Signaller at Wimbledon made an error by overlooking 1B01 01:05  London Waterloo – Southampton Central in to platform 16 when arranging T3 possession item 20A affecting platforms 11-19. Upon granting signal protection to the PICOP at 00:49, they then had to give it up again at 01:08 to allow the train to depart.
This incident is subject to further investigation.

Ludgershall
Staff Accident
A member of Salisbury PWay was walking in the cess over uneven ground when their right ankle gave way. They stumbled forward and fell onto the ballast.
The Golden Hour was applied and no lost time was anticipated.
28/06/2018
Dorchester
Staff Accident (RTA)
An Outer DU PWay Operative was at a roundabout in their van with a car beside them in the next lane. When they then pulled away, the rear of the van clipped the car at low speed.
Apart from minor damage sustained, there were no injuries.
The Golden Hour was applied for chain of care.

Hilsea
Staff Accident
A member of PWay from the Outer DU was using an iron man. Whilst releasing a ratchet, it has spun around and caught the lower part of the right arm.
The Golden Hour was applied and medical attention was encouraged.

Worplesdon
Staff Accident
A member of PWay from the Inner DU was walking on ballast when the ballast gave way under their right foot. They fell to the ground bruising, grazing and cutting their left leg.
First aid was administered and the Golden Hour was applied.
There was no lost time.
