Portsmouth Harbour
Staff accident
A member of Havant Pway rolled their ankle on ballast whilst carrying out a track patrol within the 4 foot at Vernon Bridge (Portsmouth Harbour). The ankle was sore, but it could be walked on.
The Golden Hour was a applied and no lost time was anticipated.

Woking
Staff Accident
An Admin Clerk at Woking was hole punching some documents in the office and caught their left index finger in the hole punch lever and sustained a cut and bruising.
Ice was applied and they attended a walk in centre at the hospital as a precaution. The finger was not broken.
The Golden Hour was applied and there was no lost time.

Basingstoke Campus
Staff Accident
A member of Delay Attribution Staff experienced a dizzy spell and fell striking their head.
They arranged a visit to the hospital as a precaution.
The Golden Hour was applied and no lost time was anticipated.

Guildford
Staff Accidents  (RTA)
Two members of Guildford S&T were stationary on the A25 (Middleton Road) due to traffic when they were shunted from behind by a vehicle which had been struck by a bus.
There was no visible damage to the Network Rail vehicle and no injuries sustained to the staff.
The Golden Hour was applied for chain of care.

Northam Junction
Irregularity with Possession item 34
The Eastleigh Electrical Control Room Operator advised the Person In Charge of Possession for T3 Possession item 34, part 3, that a circuit breaker had tripped at Northam.
Upon investigation it was established that a short circuiting bar had been placed by Possession Support Staff ready for strapping out within the Down Eastern Docks area, but had not received authority to do so and had not tested before touch either.
There were no injuries.
This incident is subject to further investigation.

Petersfield / Haslemere
Line Blockage Irregularity
Havant S&T reported a Line Blockage irregularity had occurred when a train came through upon gaining authority to work.
The Line Blockage was taken between PF234 signal to EW3/6 signals and the Signaller had not come to a clear understanding with regard to the location of the train.
The train, 1P42 12:32 Portsmouth Harbour – London Waterloo was slowing down for the Haslemere station stop.  A Near Miss was not declared.
The incident is subject to further investigation.
