| 09/01/2019 Wokingham Junction / Bracknell | Staff Accident A member of S&T Works Delivery staff was walking in the Down Cess to site of work between Wokingham Junction and Bracknell. Upon walking through an area that was overgrown, the member of staff fell into a section of troughing route that had a missing lid hurting their knee. The Golden Hour was applied and although the knee was sore, there was no lost time. |
| 13/01/2019 Eastleigh South Junction | Possession Irregularity Eastleigh Works Delivery PWay reported that a possession irregularity had occurred having located a rail that they were about to remove on the Up Portsmouth between 74m 5ch and 74m 26ch, had isolation straps applied to it. The straps have been placed at the wrong location (74m22ch vice 74m29ch as planned) at the time the worksite was set up. This incident is subject to further investigation. |
| 13/01/2019 Walton-on-Thames | Staff Accident A member of PWay Works Delivery Track staff was using a Setter for installing track nylons and whilst leaning against it with some force, they damaged their shoulder muscle ligament and found it difficult to lift their shoulder without quite a lot of discomfort and pain. The Golden Hour was applied and the Injured Party was able to return to work, albeit on light duties. |
