21/02/2016 Andover – ODM reported a possession irregularity connected to item 76 where the Blockman had placed the PLB protection on the Down vice Up Exeter line at 67m 67ch.
A Tamper which had been travelling on the Down line came across the protection and stopped short of it.
Early indications show that the person had lost their bearings and had not checked where they were before applying their protection.24/02/2016 A member of Wessex Asset team reported having a car accident when he was trying to join the A31 from a side road.
He was shunted from the rear by another vehicle whose driver was not concentrating on what was in front of them.
No injuries were sustained.
