Praise to the guys! - Wool Station – Dorset Fire Brigade reported to the WICC that they were dealing with a portakabin fire on East Burton Road. During the night this fire spread and affected signalling equipment as it burnt through cables. Other risks experienced were smoky conditions and asbestos causing a personal risk to those on site. Also hidden from their view were gas canisters that were at risk of exploding. This was a very difficult situation for those involved who worked closely together to ensure that the situation was recovered safely.
