Staff Accident A contractor working for IP Track was walking on sleepers within a T3 possession when they slipped and fell causing a graze to their right arm. They were given first aid to deal with the graze and there was no lost time. (Note: IP do not apply the Golden Hour process). |

Staff Accident A contractor working for IP Track was crossing the track within a T3 possession to retrieve a disc cutter from the stores, but slipped on a sleeper due to ice and sustained a bruised and grazed right arm. First aid was refused and there was no lost time. (Note: IP do not apply the Golden Hour process). |

Staff Accident A contractor working for IP Western & Wales was replacing a concrete sleeper within a T3 possession and as it was being lowered into the cess, the contractors foot was trapped. The Injured Party was taken to hospital and x-rays showed slight swelling. There was no lost time. (Note: IP do not apply the Golden Hour process). |

Staff Accident A Contractor working for IP was installing a conductor rail within a T3 possession , but it slipped off a pot due to not sitting correctly and caught the Injured Party’s finger between the ramping machine and the rail. First aid was administered on site and the Injured Party was taken to hospital as a precaution. The injury was x-rayed and apart from swelling, there were no broken bones. There was no lost time. (Note: IP do not apply the Golden Hour process). |

Staff Accident A member of Colas S&T working for IP suffered an injury to their hand after trapping it under a troughing lid whilst putting cables away within a T3 possession. The Injured Party attended hospital where they had treatment for a broken left ring finger. They were able to return to work carrying out light duties. (Note: IP do not apply the Golden Hour process). |

Staff Accident A member of inner DU PWay injured their left hand when high wind blew a store container door and knocked them to the ground. The incident was not reported real time, so the Golden Hour was not applied. There was no lost time. |
