Witley
Two members of Guildford Off Track were transferring catch pit segments from the platform onto a trolley. One of the segments slipped out of the injured party’s hands trapping and cutting their left hand middle finger between one already loaded.
First aid was administered and a plaster applied. He did not require an ambulance or hospital visit and continued his duty.

Axminster
1L95 (05:51 Gillingham to Exeter St Davids) passed SE4787 signal at danger by 10 yards having lost concentration.
The train was bought to a stand by the Drivers application of the brakes.
06/07/16
Fareham
ES for Item 106 reported that an RRV had reversed into a fence at the station. The fencing was believed to have belonged to a company called Kendall.
The RRV had scraped the sleeper fence which had made it loose, but staff carried out a full repair.
It appeared that the Driver had misjudged the turning circle.
07/07/16 Member of Havant S&T had a low speed collision with a car in the works van within a Morrison’s car park. No one was injured and there was only slight damage to the car and van.
18:50 – Accident Form completed.

Tolworth
Member of Wimbledon S&T had a vehicle accident at Tolworth roundabout. No injuries sustained.

Hook
1T37 reported that the advance warning board for the 30/100 ESR was incorrect and showing 30/60 and had applied the brakes sharply to reduce the speed to 60mph.
14:34 – Basingstoke Pway rectified the advanced warning board.
