HT320 had been at danger (red) due to a conflicting movement being regulated ahead. |
| 31/05/2016 | Eastleigh | A member of D&P staff pulled a muscle in back after pulling 29 metres of cable from a drum. The Injured Party formed part of a team, but had been nearest to the drum when ‘PULL’ was called out. They received first aid at time and visited hospital. Anticipated absence from work was anticipated. |
| 01/06/2016 | Old Kew Junction | 2S24 0933 Weybridge – London Waterloo passed F136 signal by approximately half a coach length through a lack in concentration. F136 had been at danger (red) to protect a line blockage. |
| 04/06/2016 | Clapham Junction / Barnes | 5Q57 signalled onto DWF which was restricted for the type of stock. Incident currently under investigation to identify where / how the restriction was published and whether this was a Signaller irregularity. |
| 05/06/2016 | Earley | Civil Rail Solutions Ltd undertaking a survey at Earley within item 145 accessed the lineside and walked in the wrong direction for 60 chains before they realised their error. IP are investigating further. |
